If you are experiencing anxiety, stress or depression or if you have suffered loss or trauma in your life counselling can help. I am a calm, caring and non-judgemental counsellor and I am passionate about helping people find order in their chaotic lives.

I offer one to one counselling in person or online for individuals from 13 years right through to the golden years. I am a fully trained therapeutic counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Fees: Initial assessment £25 (usually about 30 minutes). If you then decide that you would like us to work together subsequent sessions are £50 and last 50 minutes.
