We have been busy this weekend, following a yoga retreat some of our guests assisted with the filming of a new WFL video. Nik Coleman Productions of Norwich http://www.youtube.com/nikmcoleman has been filming for us in the Spa Centre and Yoga Studio.
A Push With The Quad
